Hayley Stronge

Our Tauranga planning team leader, Hayley has over a decade of experience in resource management planning for private and public sector clients.

Hayley has worked for local authorities processing consents so understands the ins and outs of what's required for a successful application. One of her most notable projects was working on the Rangiuru Industrial Business Park, a significant development project located east of Te Puke in the Bay of Plenty. 

Hayley played a pivotal role in obtaining resource consent approval for the overall earthworks of the approximately 80-ha site area for the first two stages of development. 

Outside of life at HG, Hayley is busy with three children, coaching and managing their cricket, hockey and orienteering! She also enjoys partaking in boxing and hockey herself!
