We recognise that so much of what a professional learns comes from working with, and learning from, colleagues and hands-on ‘on the job’ training. Individual divisions and offices also have their own initiatives to ensure ongoing development for their specific disciplines.
Professional Associations and CPD
Harrison Grierson has a close working relationship with the relevant professional associations in New Zealand for all our specialist areas. We’re also recognised by the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (IPENZ) as a Professional Development Partner and we have programmes in place that provide pathways to IPENZ competence based membership, for all membership classes.
All our professionals are expected to keep their skills current and up to date to ensure their ongoing memberships.
